SBMTNA, other neighborhoods, coalitions, and leaders of non-profit groups request a NO vote on R-25-175. The legislation would change Menaul Boulevard to a Major Transit Corridor and further erode the character of the existing neighborhoods from mostly single-family homes to high-rise apartments to help developers and investors increase the rents. Menaul at this time has sufficient bus service. There is no plan at this time in this area for high-rise apartments.
